Google review QR poster for your practice

Make a printable A4 or A5 poster for reception with a QR code that opens your Google review form. Paste your review link, pick a heading and colour, then print it or save it as a PDF. Free, no sign-up, and it's made in your browser, so your link isn't sent to us.

Where do I find it?
  1. Sign in to the Google account that manages your practice's Business Profile.
  2. Search Google for your practice name. Your Business Profile tools appear above the results.
  3. Choose Ask for reviews (on some screens it's under Read reviews or Get more reviews) and copy the link.

No Business Profile access? Whoever set the profile up can send you the link, or add you as a manager.

Paper size

Scan the preview with your phone before you print, to check it opens your review form.

How was your visit?

We'd love to hear about it on Google.

Getting reviews the right way

Recent Google reviews help you show up in Google Maps, and they're one of the first things a new patient reads. A poster at reception works because it asks at the right moment, but Google and UK consumer law both set rules on how you ask:

  • Ask every patient, not just the happy ones. Google's rules for Maps ban discouraging negative reviews and selectively asking for positive ones. That's why the headings above are neutral: none of them ask for five stars.
  • No rewards for reviews. Google bans discounts, gifts or free treatment in exchange for a review, and since April 2025 UK law requires incentivised reviews to be made clear, so it's simplest not to offer anything.
  • No targets for staff, and don't ask patients to name a team member. Google added both to its banned list in April 2026.
  • Reply with care. Thank people, but don't confirm in a public reply that someone is a patient or mention their treatment. Patient confidentiality applies to review replies too.

Where to put it

Print the A4 version for the waiting room wall and the A5 for a desk stand at reception, where patients pay or book their next visit. It also works as a page in your new-patient pack. Test the code with two or three different phones first.

Reviews are one part of how practices get found locally. Local SEO for dental practices explains the rest, and the free website review shows where your practice stands today.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Make as many posters as you like. There's no sign-up and nothing to install.

Do you keep my review link?

No. The poster and QR code are drawn in your browser, and nothing you type on this page is sent to us.

Will the code stop working?

No. The code is your review link, so it works for as long as your Business Profile has the same link. If you ever change Google accounts or the profile is recreated, make a new poster.

Can I add our logo?

Not in this tool. Save the poster as a PDF and add a logo in any editor, or ask us and we'll make one for you.
