Who we are

Searchli is a trading name of Evolve Brands Ltd (company 11121013), which is the data controller for the details you send us. Contact: hello@searchli.co.uk.

What we collect

• Review requests: your name, business, website, town, email, phone if you give it, any note, and a record of the consent box you ticked and when.
• Clients: contact and billing details, and the access you give us to your website, Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics and ad accounts.
• Public information about your business, such as your website and Google Maps listing, which we check to prepare your review.

Why we use it

• To prepare and send the review you asked for, and to reply to you (steps you asked for before any contract).
• To send occasional website and local SEO tips, only if you ticked the box (consent). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To provide the services you buy and to invoice for them (contract), and to keep accounting records (legal obligation).

Who else handles it

We use a small number of suppliers to run the service: our web and email hosting, Stripe for card payments, Cal.com for booking calls, and Google's tools when we work on your Google accounts. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Review requests that don't become clients are deleted after two years, or sooner if you ask. Client records are kept for six years after we stop working together, for accounting.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, only on the review form, to protect it from fake submissions. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, object to how we use them, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@searchli.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
