Partner programme terms
These terms apply to the Searchli partner programme. By applying to be a partner you agree to them. Last updated 29 October 2026.
Who we are
Searchli is a trading name of Evolve Brands Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 11121013). In these terms "we" and "us" means Evolve Brands Ltd, trading as Searchli, and "you" means the partner. Contact: hello@searchli.co.uk.
Joining
We approve partners who work with dental practices or other local businesses. We may turn down an application, or end a partnership, at our discretion. Once you're approved we email you your referral link, your code and a private link to your partner dashboard.
Referrals
A business counts as your referral when it asks for our free website review using your link or code, or when we agree in writing that you introduced it. It must not already have been a paying Searchli client. If more than one partner refers the same business, the first referral we record counts. You can't earn commission on a business you own or work for.
Commission
You earn a percentage of each invoice a client you referred pays us, excluding VAT and after any discounts:
- 20% of monthly fees for the client's first 12 months, counted from their first paid monthly invoice;
- 10% of monthly fees after that, for as long as they remain a client and you remain a partner in good standing;
- 10% of one-off work, such as the fix-it package, a new website (including one paid in monthly instalments) and set-up fees.
No commission is paid on advertising spend, which clients pay to Google, Meta or other platforms directly. Your rates are shown on your dashboard. We may change rates for future referrals with 30 days' notice; rates for clients you've already referred won't go down unless you break these terms.
Commission is earned when the client's payment reaches us. If a payment is refunded or doesn't go through, the commission on it is cancelled, or taken off your future commission if we've already paid it.
Payment
We pay the commission you're owed by bank transfer each month once it reaches £50. You're responsible for your own tax. If you're VAT registered, send us a VAT invoice for each payment.
Your dashboard
Your dashboard shows the businesses you referred, whether they became clients, the commission you've earned and what we've paid you. Anyone with your dashboard link can see it, so keep it private. If you think someone else has it, tell us and we'll give you a new one.
Rules
- Only contact businesses you already know or work with, and follow UK marketing law, including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). No spam, bought lists or cold texts.
- Don't promise rankings, numbers of customers or other results, and don't make claims about our services or prices that aren't on our website.
- Don't say you are Searchli or act on our behalf, and don't bid on our name in search advertising.
If you break these rules we may end your partnership and withhold commission connected with the breach.
Ending
You can leave at any time by emailing us. We can end the programme or your partnership with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you break these terms. Commission already earned on payments made before the end date will be paid, even if it is less than £50.
